Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The AC Therapist Referral Program (“Referral Program”). These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the Referral Program. By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.
- Eligibility
The Referral Program is open to all existing customers of The AC Therapist (“Company”) who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years of age. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of the Company and Plumbing Therapist are not eligible to participate.
- How to Participate
To refer a friend, fill out the referral form on the Company’s website with the required information. By submitting the referral form, you acknowledge that you personally know the individual you are referring and have obtained their explicit permission to share their personal information with the Company. You may not submit information for anyone without such permission.
- Referral Reward
For each qualified referral, you will receive a $25 reward. A “qualified referral” is a new customer of the Company who schedules and completes a paid service. Rewards will be distributed within 30 days of the qualified referral’s completed service. The company will pay out the reward in their preferred method of choice that can change at any time by any reason. Some ways it could be paid out are:
– Cash or Check.
– Zelle transfer.
– Visa gift card.
– Any store gift card of choice.
- Restrictions
Limit one reward per qualified referral.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable, and cannot be redeemed for yourself.
- Privacy
All personal information collected through the Referral Program will be treated in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
- Termination and Changes
The Company reserves the right to terminate or modify the Referral Program at any time, for any reason.
- Limitation of Liability
The Company and its affiliates will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the Referral Program.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.
- Use of Personal Information
By participating in the Referral Program and submitting the referral form, you consent to the Company’s use of your personal information and that of the referred individual for the purposes of administering the Referral Program, contacting you or the referred individual, and for marketing activities including, but not limited to, promotional emails and advertisements. Your information will be treated in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
